RETURN/BROKEN MERCHANDISE

All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise via email to michael@FadToys.com or phone 1-877-FADTOYS, there are no exceptions.

If an item is received broken all packaging material including the original box, peanuts, and bubble material must be saved in the event a claim has to be filed with the delivering carrier whom also has the right to inspect the package and it's contents at the receivers address.

Merchandise cannot be returned without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number, this unique number must be clearly visibility on your return shipping label. Merchandise returned without receiving a RA number will be refused and/or sent back to the sender. If an item is returned all packaging including original box and instructions, if any must be included along with a copy of your confirmation/receipt. The cost to ship a return back to FadToys.com is your responsibility. Merchandise that is returned and deemed "new" is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

If your needs exceed our current stock availability please email michael@FadToys.com or phone 1-877-FADTOYS and we’ll try to obtain additional stock if possible.  


Sales outside the United States
For all sales outside the United States please email us a list of the item(s), including model numbers, you would like to purchase along with your complete address as it should appear on the shipping label. Upon receipt we will promptly calculate costs for the various shipping methods we can offer. Please address your email to  michael@FadToys.com
